Horse Carriage Rides - Pricing & Specials

PRICING

Valid if you reserve your future event and have a valid deposit before midnight on

December 31, 2012

VALID FOR 2012 (2013 events when booked during the 2012 season)

~Weddings~

$500.00 for the first hour (Includes additional 1/2 hour for photographs)
$75.00 each additional hour
$15.00 each additional 1/2 hour for photography
50% Non-refundable deposit (Unless special circumstances outlined in our contract)
40 mile travel allotment
$2.00 per mile (after travel allotment) one-way
$30.00 Optional refreshment basket ( 1 bottle of a non-alcoholic beverage, 2 champagne glasses and 3 gourmet chocolate bars). *This is only included as an additional charge if you request it otherwise this is not part of the standard wedding pricing*
Carriage decorated with artificial flowers & foliage in your wedding colors (subject to color availability). Real flowers can be used at your expense (Please ask us before planning this)

(These are any events other than a wedding)

Please contact us for individual pricing for any event other than a wedding. Prices may vary slightly depending on the type of event you are requesting as each one is unique.

~Rides From the Farm~

BALSAM LAKE TOUR:

$150.00 (up to 6 people)
Vis-a-Vis Carriage (seats 4 - 6 adults) - Country Wagon (seats 10-12 adults)
$5.00 per person (after 6 people)
Ride lasts approx 3 - 3 1/2 hours
Last time out from the farm is 5:00 p.m. (Summer & Fall Season)
Check on availability during the Spring and Winter season

ONE-HOUR RIDE:

$50.00 (up to 6 people)
Vis-a-Vis Carriage (seats 4 - 6 adults) - Country Wagon (seats 10 - 12 adults)
$5.00 per person (after 6 people)
Last time our from the farm is 7:00 p.m. (Summer & Fall Season)
Check on availability during the Spring and Winter season

30 MINUTE RIDE:

$30.00 (up to 6 people)
Vis-a-Vis Carriage (seats 4 - 6 adults - Country Wagon (seats 10 - 12 adults)
$5.00 per person (after 6 people)
Last time our from our farm is 8:00 p.m.
Check on availability during the Spring and Winter season

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Advanced Reservations are required
All rides are weather permitting and decided at the discretion of Wilson's Carriage Company
We reserve the right to alter any carriage reservations in any way, shape or form and at any time before or during your carriage ride in order to maintain safety. There will be no option for refunds, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Weekday rides are possible during evening hours. Please contact us if interested
All fees are due and must be paid prior to beginning your carriage ride
WE DO NOT OPERATE OUR CARRIAGE IN EXTREME HEAT OR HUMIDITY. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN RESERVING YOUR TIME! WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RIDE DUE TO ANY INCLEMENT WEATHER.

WEDDINGS

Save $50.00 on a 2-hour wedding package.

Not valid with any other offer. $50.00 total discount when you reserve 1 first hour wedding carriage service and an additional hour. No discounts or refunds for unused time. No cash value. Can only be reserved for 2012 weddings. Signed contract and cleared deposit must be received by April 30, 2012 for discount to be valid, NO EXCEPTIONS!

GENERAL EVENTS

Save $25.00 on a 2-hour general event package.

Not valid with any other offer. $25.00 discount when you reserve your first general event hour and an additional hour. No discounts or refunds for unused time. No cash value. Can only be reserved for 2012 events. Signed contract and cleared deposit must be received by July 31, 2012 for discount to be valid, NO EXCEPTIONS!
